The iPhone 4S benchmarks came in and we are blown away. It is hands down the best phone available with nothing else coming close. If you don’t mind the 3.5 inch screen, there is no other phone you should be buying. Here are the benchmarks:

Jimb Just done the best upgrade ever… Replaced the iPhone 4s and bought a Lumia 900. The Woz was right. This is one beautiful and smooth phone. Much prefered to my 4s. Should get a good price for it, to buy a Windows Phone 8.

the phones are so close in comparison that it really comes down to what operating system you prefer more. If you are an android person then you have a lot of options depending on your provider, if you are an ios guy like me and you are up for an upgrade on your 2 year plan then there is no other option than the 4s

They don’t make the iPhones, they make the SoC (A5) inside the phone, however, there are plans to replace Samsung’s contribution to the 4S with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), but they are afraid of doing this because of possible stability issues.

I can all but guarantee that there is no iPhone 5 coming out in 6 months. It will be another year! that is why they waited this long to come out with this phone…they wanted to get all the service providers such as Verizon on the same release time as AT&T for the iPhone because the Verizon users that got the iPhone 4 would have been really pissed if the 4s had come out 6 months after they were released to they pushed the release to October 14th. yep.
